Principle Of Pyrolysis Gasification(Biomass Gasification Power Plant)

Biomass gasification refers to the thermochemical process of converting biomass fuels into flammable gases. In biomass gasification process, water vapor, free oxygen, or bound oxygen reacts with the carbon in the fuel to form a combustible gas. Biomass gasification process is more complex and the gasification reaction conditions are also different. However, all the gasification reaction processes basically include the processes of biomass drying, pyrolysis, oxidation and reduction.

The Haiqi gasification power generation process includes three aspects. One is biomass gasification, which converts solid biomass into gaseous fuel; the other is gas purification. The gasified gas contains certain impurities, including ash, coke, and tar. , The impurities need to be removed through the purification system to ensure the normal operation of gas-fired power generation equipment; the third is gas-fired power generation, which uses gas turbines or gas internal combustion engines to generate power. In some processes of biomass gasification plant, in order to improve power generation efficiency, waste heat boilers and steam turbines can be added to the power generation process.

1.Consumption

●After theoretical calculation and practical experience, it is known that about 1.25 kg of biomass wood chips can be gasified and burned to generate 1 kw of electricity through an internal combustion engine. Therefore, an installed capacity of 1000 kw/h needs to consume 1250 kg of wood chips, and the unit price of wood chips is 0.3 yuan/kg. Calculated, the cost of raw materials per hour is 375 yuan, running 24 hours a day, 300 days a year, and the annual consumption cost of raw materials is 1250kg/h*24h*300d*0.3 yuan/kg=2.7 million yuan.

●Each set of equipment requires 2 operators, and the daily salary of each person is calculated at 100 yuan. The annual salary of personnel needs 2 people * 100 yuan / d / person * 300 days = 60,000 yuan.

●The self-consumption of this set of equipment is about 58kw/, so the annual electricity consumption cost is 58kw/h*24h*300d*0.75 yuan/kw=313,000 yuan.

●The equipment maintenance cost is calculated as 3% of the total equipment investment. The total investment of this set of equipment is 10 million yuan, so the annual equipment maintenance cost is 10 million yuan * 3% = 300,000 yuan.

●The total consumption year is 270+6+31.3+30=3.373 million yuan

2.Income

●The electricity production is 1000kw/h, the on-grid electricity price is calculated at 0.75 yuan/kw yuan, and the annual electricity income is 1000kw/h*24h*300d*0.75 yuan/kw=5.4 million yuan.

●About 8%-15% biochar is produced after wood chip gasification. According to the calculation of 15% biochar, the biochar is calculated at the price of 0.8 yuan/kg, and the annual biochar income is about 1250kg/h *15%*24h*300d*0.8 yuan/kg=1.083 million yuan.

●About 8% of wood tar is produced after wood chips gasification. If the market price of wood tar is calculated at 0.8 yuan/kg, the annual income of wood tar is about 1250kg/h*8%*24h*300d*0.8 yuan/kg= 576,800 yuan.

●After the wood chips are gasified, 20% of wood vinegar is produced. The market price of wood vinegar is calculated at 0.5 yuan/kg, and the annual income of wood vinegar is 1250kg/h*20%*24h*300d*0.5 yuan /kg = 900,000 yuan.

●The waste heat of the exhaust gas of the internal combustion generator can be used, and the connected waste heat boiler can generate 1.4t/h of steam. The steam is calculated at a market price of 200 yuan/ton, and the annual steam income is about: 1.4t/h*24h*300d*200 yuan / ton = 2.01 million yuan.The total annual income is 540+108.3+57.68+90+201=9.969 million yuan

Utilization And Value Of Biomass Gas

Biomass pyrolysis gasification technology produces fuel gas as a mixed gas, in which the combustible components are mainly CO, H2, CH4, CmHn, etc., and the heating value is 1100~1500kcal/m³. One kilogram of straw can produce 1-1.5m³ biomass combustible gas. After purification, this gas can be used to replace natural gas, coal gas, etc. for power generation, fire cooking, heating, etc.

●The role of charcoal: Charcoal is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgy, national defense, agriculture and environmental protection due to its unique microporous structure and super adsorption capacity. The industrial field utilizes the unique microporous structure and super adsorption capacity of charcoal. In industry, charcoal is used for adsorption, degumming, deodorization of food, medicine, alcohol, oil, water purification, precious metal recovery, etc., as well as gas purification and sewage treatment in environmental protection. In agriculture, it can also be used to increase soil temperature and loosen soil. It can be used as various cultivation substrates and is widely used in crop breeding, soilless cultivation in greenhouses, tobacco greenhouses, vegetable greenhouse breeding, flower planting, etc.

●The role of wood tar: Creosote, anti-polymerization agent, flotation foaming agent, wood pitch and other products can be obtained after processing. It can also be used in medicine, synthetic rubber and metallurgy and other sectors.

●The role of wood vinegar: wood vinegar has various effects such as promoting plant growth, bacteriostasis, weeding, and antiseptic, and can be used as deodorant, food, beverage, feed additive, and medical and health care products. It has a wide range of uses in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, environmental protection, chemical industry, food processing and medicine and health.
